Commissioner's orders, 1974-1994.

Orders (1979-1983) dealing mainly with state hunting and fishing regulations. They range from the setting of deer, moose, turkey, beaver and duck hunting/trapping zones, seasons, and permit systems to the regulations covering water aeration systems and wild ginseng harvesting to the destruction and control of aquatic plants. The orders are sometimes specific to a particular locale or lake and often supersede previous orders. Also present is a set of department operational orders (1974-1994), governing department and field administration and personnel management.
